This Technical Member Program Schedule (“TMP Schedule”) sets out additional terms that apply when Client purchases the Technical Member Program (“TMP”). This TMP Schedule supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions (which already governs ownership of Deliverables, Technical Service Hours, Revisions, and confidentiality of Source Materials provided in connection with TMP, at Section 4), and is incorporated by reference into Client's Order Form. If there is a conflict between the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions and this TMP Schedule, this TMP Schedule will control with respect to TMP.

Capitalized terms used in this TMP Schedule and not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions or the General Terms of Use.

1. Definitions

“TMP” means the Technical Member Program.

2. Term and Renewal

TMP is provided on the same Subscription Service Term as Client's underlying CADdetails or Prodify subscription, and renews on the same schedule, unless otherwise specified in the Order Form. TMP may be added, downgraded, or removed as an add-on to Client's package in accordance with the Order Form and the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities: Source Materials and Access

3.1  Client will supply Source Materials in a usable format and will designate a single point of contact authorized to approve scope and Deliverables.

3.2  Scheduling and turnaround estimates assume timely responses from Client. Where Source Materials or approvals are outstanding for more than fifteen (15) business days, Visions may reschedule the affected work, and the associated Technical Service Hours remain committed for the current term.

3.3  Client represents and warrants that it has the necessary rights to provide any Source Materials it supplies to Visions.

4. Proprietary and Confidential Materials

It is Client's responsibility to identify, in writing and in advance, any Source Materials or Deliverables that are proprietary, confidential, or otherwise not to be published. Absent such notice, Visions may treat Source Materials and Deliverables as approved for use in performing the Services. Visions is not liable for the disclosure of material Client did not flag in accordance with this section.

5. Product Changes and Updates

It is Client's responsibility to notify Visions of changes to its products, including new products, discontinued products, revised dimensions or performance data, changed finishes or options, and updated certifications or test reports. Visions has no obligation to monitor Client's product line and is not responsible for Deliverables that become inaccurate because a change was not communicated.

6. Review, Verification, and Acceptance

6.1  It is Client's responsibility to review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all Deliverables and product data before publication and at each product change.

6.2  Deliverables are submitted for Client's review. Client will provide consolidated feedback within ten (10) business days. Deliverables not rejected in writing within that period are deemed accepted.

6.3  Acceptance confirms that Client has verified technical accuracy. Errors identified after acceptance are addressed as new work against available Technical Service Hours, consistent with Section 4.5 of the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions.

7. Professional Reliance and Limits of Use

7.1  Deliverables are reference and product representation materials. They are not construction documents, shop drawings, engineering calculations, or sealed documents, and are not a substitute for the professional judgment of the architect, engineer, or contractor of record.

7.2  Visions does not act as the design professional of record on any project, does not certify structural, fire, acoustic, thermal, or life safety performance, and makes no determination of suitability for any specific application.

7.3  Specification and installation decisions remain the responsibility of the project design team and Client as the product manufacturer.

8. Use of Automated and AI-Assisted Tooling

Visions' technical advisors may use automated analysis or AI-assisted tooling, or a version of such tooling, in producing or reviewing Deliverables under TMP. All AI-assisted output is subject to review by a technical advisor before delivery. Client's verification obligation under the “Review, Verification, and Acceptance” section above applies equally to AI-assisted Deliverables.

9. Standards

Work is performed against the industry standards, formats, and software versions in effect at the time of production. Subsequent changes to standards, formats, or software versions do not create an obligation to update previously delivered Deliverables. Updating Deliverables to a new standard is new work against available Technical Service Hours.

10. CADdetails Verified

10.1  CADdetails Verified is a designation Visions may apply to a Client's Deliverables based on Visions' proprietary review and scoring methodology.

10.2  A CADdetails Verified designation is not a certification, an accreditation, a code compliance determination, or a warranty of any outcome. It does not confirm that a product meets any building code, standard, or project requirement.

10.3  A CADdetails Verified designation reflects a point in time and may lapse as products, standards, Visions' review methodology, or platform requirements change.
