1. Purpose & How to Use This Page

This page is the “Prodify Services Description Page” referenced in the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions and incorporated by reference into your Order Form. It describes the specific features, limits, and add-ons associated with each Prodify subscription tier, including Prodify Core (included with every CADdetails subscription).

This page does not include pricing. Pricing is set out in your Order Form and the Prodify Pricing Page.

Capitalized terms used on this page (e.g., “Client,” “Content,” “Prodify Core”) have the meanings given to them in the General Terms of Use. This page does not redefine them.

2. Overview

Prodify is an account-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for building product manufacturers (“BPMs”) to manage, organize, and distribute their digital product information. The platform combines digital asset management (DAM) and product information management (PIM) capabilities with user access controls, analytics, and collaboration features.

3. Subscription Tiers

Prodify Core is included with every CADdetails subscription. Prodify Essentials and Prodify Pro are standalone, self-serve subscriptions, available with or without a CADdetails subscription.

Note: The 48-hour response target is a target, not a guaranteed service level; it is not backed by service credits. See Support Services in the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions for full terms, including business hours and exclusions.

Roles

• Admin: manages account settings, user permissions, and billing, and has all the functionality of Editor.
• Editor: creates, edits, and organizes Content; can share externally.
• Viewer: views and downloads Content; suited to internal users (e.g., sales reps) who need access without management rights.
• Guest: external role; can access only Content specifically shared with them.

Note: Custom Product Attributes apply at the Product level; they are not available at the Product Family level.

Note: Design Hub Publishing mirrors the Client's CADdetails product and asset content, with CADdetails as the source of truth. Design Hub supports limited independent customization at this time, such as descriptions, header/footer, and calls-to-action.

4. Prodify Core (CADdetails Bundled Access)

Prodify Core is the self-serve access to Prodify included with every CADdetails subscription (see the CADdetails Products and Services page, Section 7). The Product Family and Project allowances available within Prodify Core reflect the Client's CADdetails package, including any additional Product Families or Projects purchased as CADdetails add-ons.

Prodify Core does not include the additional storage, users, sharing capabilities, or other functionality available under Prodify Essentials or Prodify Pro; those are available only by upgrading to a paid Prodify plan.

5. AEC AI Tools

The tools below are available today. This section will grow as additional AEC AI tools are released.

CAD Analyzer & Spec Analyzer: Score CAD drawings and written specifications against North American industry standards and provide recommendations for improvement. Currently available at no charge to Clients with access to Prodify, whether through a CADdetails subscription (via the AEC Tools section) or a standalone Prodify subscription. This no-charge availability is provided on a current, at-will basis; Visions may modify, limit, or discontinue it at any time, including to prevent misuse.

6. Spec Builder Pro

Spec Builder Pro (Paid Beta) uses a Client's existing product assets to create, manage, and publish written AEC specifications. It is included at no additional charge for Clients enrolled in the Technical Member Program (see Section 7), including CADdetails Clients who access TMP through their CADdetails package; Clients not enrolled in TMP may add it as a paid add-on (see Section 8).

Terms specific to Spec Builder Pro (including the accuracy of generated output and ownership of Spec Builder Output) are set out in the Prodify section of the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions.

7. Technical Member Program (TMP)

TMP is Visions' in-house team that prepares and maintains a Client's CAD, BIM, 3D models, and specification content. TMP is included with the CADdetails Studio tier and available as a paid add-on for other CADdetails tiers and for Prodify Essentials and Prodify Pro. See the CADdetails Products and Services page (Section 4) for full details. Clients enrolled in TMP receive Spec Builder Pro at no additional charge (see Section 6). Additional terms specific to TMP are set out in the Technical Member Program Schedule, which is incorporated by reference into your Order Form.

8. Add-Ons

The following add-ons are available to expand a Client's Prodify package. Add-on pricing is set out on the Pricing Page or your Order Form, not on this page.

• Additional Storage: increments above your tier's base allowance (Essentials and Pro only).
• Additional Technical File Visualizer Credits: top-ups above your tier's included annual allowance.
• Technical Member Program: see Section 7 above.
• Additional Technical Service Hours: available in 5-hour blocks to both TMP and non-TMP Clients. TMP members receive a preferred rate; non-TMP Clients purchase at the standard rate.
• CADdetails Platform Publishing: for Essentials and Pro Clients who wish to publish product data to CADdetails without a CADdetails subscription.
• Design Hub Publishing: for Essentials and Pro Clients who wish to publish to a Design Hub portal. Design Hub is a CADdetails product; this is provided as a CADdetails add-on rather than a standalone Prodify feature.
• Spec Builder Pro: for Clients not enrolled in TMP (see Section 6).

9. Changes to This Page

Visions may update the features, limits, and add-ons described on this page from time to time to reflect changes to the Services. Updates to this page do not require a change to the General Terms of Use, consistent with the “Updates to Terms” section of those Terms. Material changes that reduce the core functionality of a Client's then-current package during its Subscription Service Term will be communicated in accordance with the General Terms of Use.
